Avoriaz is well equiped to facilitate children as it has a designated are specialy designed for children, thanks to its designer, Annie Famose. The village has leisure centres as well as fun ski and snowboard instructors that can begin teaching youngsters from the age of 3. Full day lessons begin at 9 and finish at 5 with breakes and lunch, however you can also have half day and hourly private lesson.
