Ski rental in Avoriaz...Avoriaz

A family skiing atmosphere reigns at Avoriaz. The resort is at 1800m in the heart of the massive Portes du Soleil ski domain (650km of marked pistes). From its cliff, Avoriaz overlooks the Morzine valley. An entirely pedestrian resort, Avoriaz is an on-ski area. Sleds and skis are everywhere. The interesting architecture makes Avoriaz a modern resort coated with a wooden topping. All its buildings, covered in red cedar wood, seem to be wrapped in a thick coat of snow. Also a resort for children, Avoriaz has its own Children’s Village, imagined and created by Annie Famose. The village has leisure centres as well as ski and snowboard schools recognised for youngsters and sports and takes in children from the age of three, from 9h to 5h.
